Couples Retreat Overview

This intensive couples retreat with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is designed as a deeply immersive and supportive experience for partners seeking meaningful relationship growth, emotional healing, and reconnection.

• Group Size: Limited to 11 couples to ensure an intimate, personalized experience

• Format: Small group retreat with guided therapeutic structure and expert facilitation

Ketamine-Assisted Sessions

As part of this KAP couples retreat, participants will engage in two structured ketamine experiences:

• One low-dose ketamine session (completed together as a couple)

• One moderate-to-high dose session, where partners hold space and witness each other’s process

These sessions are designed to support emotional insight, connection, and relational healing in a safe, clinically guided environment.

Couples Retreat Cost and Payment Details

The total cost for this intensive couples therapy retreat is $4,300 per couple, plus a $200 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application.

Tuition includes:

• Psychological evaluation

• Medical evaluation

• Prescriptions (if applicable)

• Retreat intensive curriculum and guided experiences

• Two ketamine-assisted therapy sessions

• Most meals during the retreat

Please note: Room and board are not included.

Payment Schedule

To secure your participation, couples must provide a payment method on file and agree to the following schedule:

• $200 application fee due at submission (non-refundable)

• $2,150 due at the time of psychological evaluation

• $2,150 due at the time of medical evaluation

Full payment is completed upon finishing both required evaluations.

The retreat is hosted near Porches Inn, a historic boutique hotel offering comfortable accommodations.

Application Process

To be considered for this ketamine-assisted couples retreat, both partners must complete an application.

Steps:

1. Submit individual applications with the $200 application fee

2. Schedule psychological evaluations with Donna Gilman

   • $2,150 payment due at booking

3. Upon approval, complete medical evaluations with Dr. Scott

   • Final $2,150 payment due after evaluation

Acceptance is contingent upon passing both evaluations.

Cancellation Policy

• All fees and deposits are non-refundable, except if an application is declined during the screening process

• A 50% tuition refund ($2,150) may be requested if cancellation occurs at least 120 days (4 months) prior to the retreat start date

• No refunds are available within 120 days of the retreat

• In the event of a medical emergency, participation may be deferred to a future retreat (case-by-case basis)
