  • Insurance coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, or Tufts

  • Self-pay (for clients electing not to use insurance)

  • We are happy to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have an insurance plan we do not take.  It would be your responsibility to ensure your insurance carrier has out of network benefits and to follow up with them regarding any reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

48 business hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment. In cases of less than 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, or of a missed appointment, a client will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. This policy may be re-considered in cases of emergency.
