Rates and Insurance Information

• When seeing Licensed Clinicians at the Center, CCPV currently accepts all Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans and all United Healthcare products (UBH, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum) as well as *most* insurances that have out-of-network benefits. We accept *most* GIC plans as out-of-network providers. 

• For out-of-network plans, we provide you with a Superbill so you can pursue reimbursement. 

• Just a few of us are accepting HMO Tufts plans but no Tufts plans that are Commonwealth Care plans such as "Tufts Health Direct". 

• We do not accept any of the following plans: Mass Health, any Health Connector or Commonwealth Care Plans, Health New England HMO, Medicare, Cigna HMO, Beacon HMO, Aetna HMO. 

• Please email us if you are not sure if we accept your insurance and include a picture of your insurance card.

  Due to a nationwide cyber attack on Change Healthcare, there is currently a nationwide delay on benefit verifications. If you submit an inquiry and do not hear back immediately, it is due to this delay. We will be back in touch with you as soon as possible
