Foundations
Erin’s work is influenced by her experiences growing up and practicing in Northampton, MA, located in the Pioneer Valley. She is passionate about creating open and affirming spaces for all relationship structures and gender identities. Her approach is rooted in the Developmental Model and integrates strategies from EFT, Gottman, IMAGO, intergenerational, narrative, and collaborative therapies. To support mind-body regulation, Erin incorporates Emotional Freedom Tapping, Body-Up CoRegulation, and EMDR, helping clients move through gridlock, access inner strength, and create meaningful change in their relationships and lives.
Working with Erin
Erin welcomes clients into a judgment-free space where they can explore, understand, and strengthen the important relationships in their lives. Rooted in a non-blaming stance, she helps each person connect, communicate, and listen with authenticity. Through this process, clients learn to interrupt ineffective reactions, build trust, and develop communication frameworks that foster deeper connection.
ADHD-Focused Relationship Therapy
Erin specializes in working with ADHD in relationships. Her approach helps couples understand the unique dynamics ADHD brings into their partnership and guides them in developing clear, compassionate communication.

Testimonials
"Since I've been working with Erin, I've been getting rid of unhealthy habits, finding time for myself and heading towards a healthier life. Before I started working with Erin I barely had time for myself and it showed in so many areas of my life and health. I now feel like I have been able to make some of the changes I wanted and I still have a lot more to go. The change is slow and steady, but I know I can get there. Erin’s help and encouragement has been the key to helping me get unstuck and moving towards the life I want."
